These terms apply when you use webtilly.com and the calculators, tools and resources on it (together, “Webtilly”), which are provided by Webtilly Online Solutions, a business registered in Kenya (“we”, “us”). By using Webtilly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Free calculators, paid products
Webtilly’s calculators are free to use and we intend to keep them free. We may also sell digital products. Prices and what is included are shown before you buy. Paid products are sold through Paddle, which acts as the seller and merchant of record, and Paddle’s terms apply to the purchase. Calculators are for information only
The calculators, guides and benchmarks on Webtilly are for general information and decision support. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the formula shown. They are not tax, legal, accounting, investment or other professional advice. Your own circumstances and accounting rules may differ, so check important results, and take professional advice before relying on them for a significant decision.
We work to make our formulas and sources accurate and say how in our methodology, but we do not promise that every result, benchmark or page is complete, current or free of errors.
Using Webtilly
You may use Webtilly for your own personal or business purposes. Please do not:
- use it unlawfully, or to harm or interfere with the site, its security or other users;
- scrape, copy or republish our content or calculators at scale, or use them to build a competing product, without our written permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- present our content as your own.
Our content
The text, calculators, designs, logos and other material on Webtilly belong to Webtilly Online Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with clear credit and a link back. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
Third-party links, ads and affiliate links
Webtilly may show advertising and link to other websites and services, and some links are affiliate links, which we label. We do not control third-party sites or what they say and are not responsible for them. See our editorial policy for how advertising and affiliate relationships are kept separate from our content.
Changes to the site
We may change, suspend or remove any part of Webtilly at any time, including calculators and features. We will try to avoid disruption but do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.
Our responsibility
Webtilly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on a calculator result or other content, or from the site being unavailable, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Corrections and complaints
If you think something on Webtilly is wrong, or you have a complaint, email hello@webtilly.com. We aim to reply within 14 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the site or the law. We will change the “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we will give notice on the site. Using Webtilly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
